Prizes can be picked up Monday-Friday from 9am to 5pm.
B97 is part of the Entercom New Orleans family of stations. Our business offices are located in the Central Business District downtown at 400 Poydras St, 8th Floor, New Orleans, LA, 70130. (Map It)

We are located inside "400 Poydras Center", right across the street from the well-known Mother's Restaurant, at the corner of Magazine and Poydras Streets. There is metered parking on Poydras, as well as a short-term/hourly parking lot directly across the street, for your convenience.

Our normal business hours (including for Prize Pickup) are 9am-5pm Monday through Friday. We are closed most national holidays. Things to Remember

We ask for identification when picking up any prize. For legal reasons, we require a valid photo ID, such as a Driver's License, and also require that you provide your Social Security Number for tax purposes. These requirements are non-negotiable. If you have questions about this policy, please let us know before you arrive to pickup your prize.
The actual winner must pickup his/her prize. The actual winner's name is determined by the information given to the on-air DJ at the time of winning, or provided online (in the case of FreeBeeLoader contests, etc.) when you registered your account. We cannot, unfortunately, disburse any prize to a spouse/co-worker, friend, or anyone except for the named prize winner. We cannot accept photocopied or faxed copies of identification. Please understand that these policies are only for your protection, privacy and to ensure that when you win...we are doing everything we possibly can to get your prize to you safely, legally and efficiently.
