WEEK 10: De La Salle Cavaliers


De La Salle’s offense could not be stopped in their district 11-3A matchup against Lusher. The Cavaliers outscored the Lions 45-7 making this week’s Go Auto B97 Team of the Week  - the De La Salle High School.
 

WEEK 9: John Curtis Patriots


Pan American Stadium hosted the District 11-3A matchup between John Curtis and De La Salle. The Patriots have been a banged-up team, but made a healthy showing with 306 rushing yards and 13 tackles against the Cavaliers resulting in a 35 to 0 victory.  This huge win makes John Curtis Christian School Patriots the Go Auto B97 High School Team of the Week.
 

WEEK 8: Northshore Panthers


After 4 big-deficit losses in a row, Northshore High School was headed in the same direction when they were down 28 points against Hammond on October 24th. But thanks in part to huge games from wide receivers Jaime Yepez and Corey Duplessis… and Quarterback Matt Benedict throwing for 352 yards…the Panthers came roaring back to win 48-45 in overtime! This comeback makes Northshore High School in Slidell the Go Auto B97 High School Team of the Week.
 

WEEK 7: Chalmette Owls


On the weekend of October 17th was the District 8-5A match up between Chalmette and Helen Cox. It’s been a tough season for the Owls, but they made a come back in a big way with Mason Mitchell running for 204 yards and 4 touchdowns to lead the Owls to a 59-02 victory over Helen Cox making the Chalmette High this week's Go Auto B97 High School Team of the Week.
 

WEEK 6: Brother Martin


The 9-5A district opener for both St. Augustine and Brother Martin happened on the afternoon of October 11th. The Crusaders' running backs Jared West and Bruce Jordon-Swilling combined for a scoring surge leading Brother Martin to a 41-29 Victory over St. Aug and their first 6 and 0 start since 2008 making the Brother Martin Crusaders this week's Go Auto B97 High School Team of the Week.
 

WEEK 5: Jesuit High School


The Jesuit Blue Jays know how to celebrate homecoming. On Friday 10/3, the 6th ranked 5A football team in the state scored 6 first-half touchdowns. Getting off to that big of an early start helped lead the way to a 40 - 14 victory over East Jefferson. This homecoming win makes the Jesuit High School Blue Jays the Go Auto B97 High School Team of the Week. 
 

WEEK 4: Archbishop Shaw


On the weekend of 9/26, two teams battled it out on the Westbank.  Shaw vs Higgins.  The Eagles running back, Tray Ragas, scored six touchdowns to power Shaw past Higgins in a final score of 44 to 23 making Archbishop Shaw this week's Go Auto B97 High School Team of the Week!
 

WEEK 3: Bonnabel High School


Over the weekend of September 20th, the East Jefferson Warriors hosted their rival the Bonnabel Bruins. East Jefferson has won this rivalry for the past two years and tried to keep their winning streak alive, but the Bruins played their hearts out and defeated East Jefferson in Overtime 21 to 14 making the Bonnabel High School Bruins this week's Go Auto B97 High School Team of the Week!
 

WEEK 2: Archbishop Rummel


On the weeekend of 9/12/2014, it was a hard fought battle that went into triple overtime between the Rummel Raiders and Hahnville Tigers. The combination of Chase Fourcade and Brandon Phillps led the Raiders to a 37-31 victory showing why Rummel is the number 2 ranked Class 5A school in the state. The Raiders are now 2 and 0 on the season making Archbishop Rummel this week's Go Auto B97 High School Team of the Week! 
 

WEEK 1: Hahnville High School


On Friday, 9/5, Nick Saltaformaggio made his debut as Hahnville’s head coach and it could not have gone better. His triple option offense had 413 yards, while his defense held off Salmen.  The resule was a 35-14 victory making this week’s Go Auto B97 High School Team of the Week the Hahnville High School Tigers.
