Recently I went to Orlando and mistakenly booked a hotel alittle further away from all of the attractions then I would have liked. No big deal cause I was sure the hotel had a shuttle to all the parks so I was covered........ NOPE:( So the choices were to either rent a car $75 a day (HELL NO) + Parking, or Take a cab (At least $35 dollars one way):(((( Then I found the secret weapon:)) Public Transportation yes indeed.. Orlando is pretty much covered from the airport to Disney with a bus line called the LYNX or LINKS.. If you go this spring or summer or whenever you may want to look up this option on line and see if it works for you. The fare is an easy $2 and they give you free transfers to other lines but you have to use them within 90 minutes. If you are vacationing in Orlando you are going to spend to much money anyway... This is a great way to save $$$$.. Have fun!
Have you seen the new TV show "THE FOLLOWING"? Great show staring Kevin Bacon.. So many twists and turns and ups and downs.. If you can catch it from the beginning you won't regret it... Fox also says it will have a new show every Monday soyou don't have to wait forever to catch a new episode... Well written, produced, and great story line.. Let me know what you think!
Every now and then a new song will really get you pumped!! This week for me it's FUN CARRY ON.. I know that it's not like a really really new song because the CD has been out for ever. But it's new to the radio and its sounds really good!!! Everytime it comes on I have to stop what I'm doing and sing along. I never do that! LOL... What song does it for you right now?
OMG it's finally over!!! Celebrate good times come on!! The Superbowl and Mardi Gras it was was a crazy 25 days to say the least.. It was a BOOM for the city and all of the businesses around but a pain in the a^^ for everybody else! It was just crazy, if you tried to move around in the city at all, god forbid you tried to drive a car LOLOLOL... Wasn't going to happen..
We can now go back to normal... It's been so long since normal that I forget what that is... Anyway I hope you had a great time and now let's rest for a few weeks cause it's almost St. Patty's day and Jazz Fest time:)))) zzzzZZZZZZZ

I couldn't believe my eyes on my way to work today... I saw them on just about every corner in the CBD... I thought my eyes where deceiving me...It couldn't be could it? YES, they are New Orleans finest!! Police officers on the streets.. Standing!!! WHAT THE HELL?? I know the game is happening this weekend and we gotta look good but it would be nice for this to happen all the time... Just imagine all the crap that wouldn't happen.... Think about it..
Just when we thought we had to get the eggs out and greet our friends from Atlanta at the airport and i-10 the karma gods had other ideas for the dirty birds!!!! LOL To funny and thank god cause I think it was gonna get ugly.... We at B97 were gonna rip their A** on air which could have been fun for a week.. It all worked out in the end... Everyday I keep thinking how amazing it would have been for the WHO DAT NATION to be heading to the game right now... Home field, best fans in the country, etc... Oh well gotta wait for the next time to have it here at 2014 to get back in it.... WHO DAT...
I'm not loving it but here we go again... Warm, cold, warm, cold, warm, cold no wonder why everybody has a cold or the flu!!! Every 3 days it's like 77 then 45...Can't we meet in the middle and just hang at 60? I know that in like 4 months I'll be begging for temps in the 40's every once in a while but damn it's cold again:((( Keep the flu away and live it up!! If you don;t like the weather wait a day or two and it will change...

Ok it's 2:10pm on Tuesday 12/18/12... The final countdown is on for the end of the world right??? I have a car payment due on the 12/15/12 the question is do I pay it or just let it go until Saturday to see if I wasted my money? I really don't think it's going to end but it would piss me off cause I only have 1 more payment to go!!!
